I saw yet another video of a group of protestors burning the American flag. The disgust me! Please tell me someone else out here agrees that it is wrong and should be illegal.
I know it's been said before but our generation is that one that gets to deal with this. We will either change the world or see it dissolve as we pass the ruins onto our children. Maybe it wont be a war, if we're lucky massive humanitarian efforts and progressivism will occur, if we're luckier December 21st, 2012 a massive cultural shift will occur. It would take all the work out of this thing.

We can only hope, honestly though we've never been able to change the future to resemble anything but the past. The phoenix will rise again unless a sort of "secondary" revolution occurs, a revolution of thought and actions coupled with some intense technological advancements.
How Americs and virtually all countries go through these cycles.
Right, now we're seeing a resurgence of American conservatism as well as xenophobia.
Who knows? Revolutions are something that no one can truly predict the outcome of - they're a dangerous weapon that can destroy the darkness and corruption of a country but could equally backfire and take you out instead.
Meh, if necessary I'm quite sure Europe would revolt (I wish you'd stop lumping a whole continent together as just Europe - the constituent countries are more important than the continent itself).
