It is pathetic that it is. Porn is just another genre of film albeit more frowned upon. Bottom line is that if its produced and distributed according to the laws of the countries it is providing to then there is no problem. It is your choice to watch it. If you dont like it you dont have to do so. In addition all these dangers about porn being unrealistic are invalid arguments as porn is meant to be for 18 and aboves anyway so understanding of the nature of sex should be expected.

Invalid arguments for what? Anyway, most teenagers do not really care about the age limitation, do they? It is too easy to find porn on the internet anyway. But well, teenagers do, what teenagers do (still being one the next year, but hell..)
Invalid arguments for the banning of porn. Despite the fact many young teens just click enter at the security gateways of sites doesnt mean that they are in the majority. The vast amount of people who watch and fund the industry are generally much older than this and bother to pay for subscriptions and whatnot compared to your average teen downloading the free previews.
Hmm, did I miss where those things were used as arguments for banning? I might have, oh well. Sure that, but still the news had some good times here when the debate was on about teenagers and unrealistic views of porn.

Well considering the original post of the thread was:
do you think it should be legal or illegal?
All subsequent arguments both for and against should be aimed at that question otherwise they are off topic and irrelevent. In any case all of the arguments used so far could be used with regards to this statement in some way. Teenagers and their unrealistic views of porn is a sub argument supporting the main conclusion that porn should or shouldnt be legal.
Not the same thing, Drace. If you want to walk around naked, find a nudist beach or do it in your home...
Though I don't think it should be as big an issue as it is... Why are people against walking around naked... Where is the hurt in seeing someone without their clothes on... Why is society so focused on sexual references...
I wonder... And am going slightly off topic again.
Hell, i don't think nudity should be illegal. Unfortunately, too many sexual assaults would take place if public nudity were legalized. It's just not possible to legalize it at the moment.
One of the colleges here in Washington allows nudity...Evergreen hahaha. The whole school is a joke though. No grades, everyone's a stoner, and you basically make your own major by taking whatever courses you want.
