Wouldn't the Bio be better with Strength than instinct since, while most moves require a good amount of Instinct AND Strength, the move Infect uses PURE strength for high damage?
To the second poster, bio doesn't use instinct much at all. BIo is based around strength for the poison build and strength/speed for the physical build. the DOT for poison is dependent on strength, which is what matters in a poison based attack. Then for physical build you can either use predator mode+destroy for a strength based build, or vicious strike/slash with shadow blend for a speed based build.
The best Armor for Bio can generally be got in Zone 5 from Secret Police Enemys. They drop Equip Parts with "Imperial" or "Royal" in their Name and you can get that gear easily (Or farm "Specialists" for their Speed/Strength/Pierce Gear if you are Agility-based). Also, if you have enough patience, you can try to farm the Captain in Zone 5 for his Gear, which is the same as what I mentioned above but slightly better and harder to get.
Actually speed and strength are the most common for biological. If your going for a shadow blend+vicious strike nuke build, you want all the speed you can get.
Um, if your a strength based bio. FIrst you should buy the red set in the store at zone 5 (one of them has imperial and the other has royal in the name). Everything else you should get is from the secret police guys. Get emerald death from the hydra in zone 4 as well.
To hit high as high as possible, you should max out sharp senses, savagery, and get predator form. In battle, use predator form, then use sharp senses, then hit the enemy with destroy, that's as powerful as you can get with a strength build.

im stuck on a lvl and i have no other place to post. i have 22 bio and im stuck on the level with the 2 lvl 22 blood hounds and the 22 caretaker this is on challenging and im a combat bio... Help!!!!!!!

I don't see how defending yourself after the effects of shadow blend wears off is any different to defending yourself when using destroy and infect. THe only difference is the vitality gained from the equips you use.
After shadow blend expires I usually prefer to stun him with break and allow my teammates to heal themselves/me. The cooldown of shadow blend isn't that long.
