How is it a joke weapon? It's got the highest Strength for a weapon in the game.

It's the best weapon for a strength based physical bio class or a hot hydro class, I don't see how it's a joke, it's just a good weapon. If you see the trident that you get at Z5, it's even more rediculous.

And the Enlightened Helm glitch deleted that thing when I finally got to it. ):

I had it before but now I have something new because I couldn't find it in my new file but the new one from the mayor does like 150 + STR

Well if you get it after beating hydra, it probably just is a very good reward... =)

Hah, that is not a joke if you're biological, I beat the game with that weapon, but now since I killed the Mayor, I got the best weapon (I'd say) in the game

Well, the Toxic Bio is based on DOT, and the DOT dealt to the enemy itself doesn't receive critical (Although the initial attack does) so the Emerald Death still may be useful for a Toxic Bio

I also think Johnson's Legacy is the best armor in the game...

Wraith of the Council and Death Sentence are the best weapons in the game so far. I'm still waiting for a final zone where you can buy the absolute best equipment sets similar to the first Sonny game though.

You don't neccesarily get the same stuff every time, just keep doing "next battle" to keep playing the mayor. I just finished the game on heroic with my hot hydro and I got two Ken's legacy. I'm guessing all the "legacy" things must be easter eggs from Krin's past games.

It's incredibly hard to pick up the entire set from the Police Boss (one with a reload and a guns blazing effect). For any str bio player, I don't recommend trying to farm him; just stick with imperial or royal.
