same even though im only 13 i grew up with them on my T.V and plus i think its a very funny t.v show i also like family guy but i have to say i like the simpsons more
They are both good show's it depends what mood im in to what i like, Peter makes me laugh so much and on the other hand so does bart and lisa, so its all even
Ya Family Guy is the best. It never just makes fun of one thing or group of people, it makes fun of everything and everyone so anyone with a sense of humor can get a laugh out of it once in a while. The Simpsons are still good though and I liked the Simpsons Movie, but my answer would still have to be Family Guy.
If you are talking about Simpsons seasons between 2-9 compared to Family Guy, then it's no contest, Simpsons win. Hands down. You can't argue with it. Those seasons are the best animated work ever done and the writing was unrivaled.
Don't get me wrong, Family Guy is funny, but if you watch South Park's episode called "Cartoon Wars" I think they make some honest comments about the way Family Guy is written.
Simpsons dominate. Hell, I'd even go so far as to say that South Park is better than Family Guy.
Family guy. Simpsons comedy is more for families, in that it tries to teach values. Family guy comedy is more for older people, in that it has no values.
Well bearing in mind "The Simpsons" is on at about 6:00pm and "Family Guy" is on at abou 11:00pm the differences in style and hmour shouldn't be that surprising.
Anyway, I would say I prefer "The Simpsons" because it is what I grew up with even though I only have terrestrial TV so I just get 10 year old repeats on channel 4. Both make me laugh loads though.
There both funny but Stewie (even though he has some gay moments) beats Bart.
I've never noticed Stewie's gay moments...weird..
I'll say Simpsons! I watched my first episode when I was 9-11. When everyone else was watching Mickey Mouse, I watched The Simpsons. And at Christmas, everyone is watching Donald Duck at 15:00, I watch Stewie beat up Brian!
