I have to say the simpsons mainly because i grew up with them on my tv =].
i would say family guy
i think that the Simpsons PAWN family guy by all means lol so go simpsons.

the simpsons are equally funny, but they have leeway cuz they have HUNDREDS of episodes, were as family guy has like 105 or somthing
