That's not fair to to the rest of us. Besides, Islam isn't the only other religion. I was born a Hindu, but soon got tired of the numerous gods and broke free of that. According to all the myths and excerpts I have heard from the Bible, God supposedly punishes all those who commit sins. I know that this is not true, because many beings who commit an endless number of sins often die peacefully in their sleep at an old age. Simply following the Christian religion does not save you from the sway of evil. Only your strong will and perhaps your mental capacity can.
Republicans and Democrats both have Christianity in their ranks, yet it is their decision whether or not they want to act upon it.
Why do we have free will if we have to live a certain way to not get punished?
That simply depends on whether you believe in God or not. If you do, you still have the headache of making the decision of believing whether or not it is possible that you could be killed from being evil. However, if you believe that this could happen to you, and you simply put on an act, that you are pretending to be kind and peaceful, then shouldn't God be able to see into your heart and see through your deception?
Evil has more reason to be afraid of Christianity if they actually believe it. That is why mental torture works so much more efficiently than physical. And spiritual torture works so much more efficiently than mental. Although most of you wouldn't know that, would you?

God does not punish them on earth, otherwise everyone would do the right thing because doing the wrong thing would get them smited. He punishes them after death, so even if they die peacefully, I assure you, their afterlife is not so peaceful.
Ya, You choose now or never you might not hear this again.
...I'm just wondering, what does that mean? My theology teacher told us that when we die, we will see God's face and be able to decide if we want to follow him. But if you've led a bad life, then you'll probably end up choosing the wrong side. They say that when Stalin died, he was lying down, and he suddenly sat up, shook his fist with an expression of anger on his face, then fell down and died.
What I meant is you might not get another chance to hear God's word. If you keep putting it off you might not hear it again so you have to act fast. When you die you either go to heaven or hell depending on if you beleive in Jesus.
I believe that God will give us one last chance to choose, but we will not be able to consciously answer. We will formulate an answer depending on what we're really like deep down.
I beleive you don't get a second chance. God wants us to live for him not wait until were dead to even become a christian and then regret life for not living for him notr living out to our full potential.
