Well, I saw this topic was locked, so I decided to remake it, because I think it's a good topic. However, lemme set a ground rule so this does not get locked again.
DON'T SPAM OR BE OFF TOPIC. DON'T THINK OF STUPID WAYS OF "becoming a man". DON'T BASH OTHER PEOPLE. DON'T LAUGH AT ANY THEORIES OF "becoming a man".
Now then, what I think makes a dude (I say dude, not boy) turn into a man, is when the dude loses his virginity to a girl who is not paid for. lol.
If said dude doth not lose virginity to a real person who didn't need to be bought over, then they must be gentle, kind, respectful to people who are applicable, and stay in school.
2/3 marriages fail or have complete problems that overtake love.
I agree completely, and thus I think that marriage does not have a requirement to be a man. However, I think it's points towards manhood if you have lost your virginity to someone you love.

thats not becoming a man. its just a way to get arrested.
i think a boy becomes a man when they take on some really big responsibility and get some good out of it. also i think that when a boy gets married and raises kids then he become a man.
Well he probably becomes a man when he learns that life is tough and that you need to enjoy things when they come...because they wont come very often out in the working world

Well, a child could understand that. You become a man when you take over all responsibilities.
Well, actually yes. I think children live life to the fullest. It's teenagers who don't realize it. That's because they are not mature enough to. Therefore, they are not men/women.

I agree with you there but what baffles me is because...the more you grow arent you supposed to grow more mature to? but in childhood. I'm not so sure. It's like your a child and learning to take in the world and then you become a teenager and for a little while nothing matters then its like BAM! out of school and you have no idea what to do...its confusing...but humans are a great mystery...
Yes, I don't know why that happens. All those responsibilities you encounter when you become a man may be hard to intake. That is why it is such a great feat to become a man.
Yes, but for Jewish ppul like when they have a Barmitsfa isn't that supposed to be a boy turning into a man? but isn't that during your teenage years? Do Jewish people mature quicker? Whats up with that?
