Well, I saw this topic was locked, so I decided to remake it, because I think it's a good topic. However, lemme set a ground rule so this does not get locked again.

Now then, what I think makes a dude (I say dude, not boy) turn into a man, is when the dude loses his virginity to a girl who is not paid for. lol.
If said dude doth not lose virginity to a real person who didn't need to be bought over, then they must be gentle, kind, respectful to people who are applicable, and stay in school.

Nothing makes a boy a man socially. That's an internal perception and for me it would be when you cease thinking that you know more than you really do.
Which would mean that there are a ton of little boys in adult bodies still running around today.
Well, i mean things have to happen to your "self" as in like your body has to change. But also you change the way you think of life. You have more responsibility, you also have to figure out that you aren't the center of the universe. That life is hard and you have to be smart with what you do.
You can only call yourslef a man if you have taken a soul searching journey through the wilderness armed with only a knife, culminating with a vivious fight between you and a wolverine, in which you receive badass scarring, but are otherwise ok.
that was sarcasm...what about all of the ppul who have died for there country! thats not to save themselves. that stuff about wolverines in a forest is to save yourself! thats not a man! dying for something you believe in is something that should automatically make you a man...tradition isnt always a good thing!
