It looks like CNN has to find a better way to attract more veiwers. I honistly didn't think CNN told the whole truth so I always wachted FOX NEWS .And I guess alot of other people are doing the same thing.
gotchya, it seems your conservist/liberal views seems like you would seem to sway left to CNN then to FOX i really dont beleive that either are More biased, both just shows what their audiences want to see
i honestly don't trust either of them for political news, but they're both somewhat reliable when it comes to weather and crime reports and stuff. . .as long as there is absolutely no connection to politics.
Truthfully I do watch CNN,and hate Fox News, just because they have Bill O'Reilly on their station. He is probably the only person I have seen in news who can cut peoples mics off if they say something he doesn't like, and people still take him seriously. All I am going to say about CNN is that while I have not directly seen much of this biased outside of when they were disgusted by the idea of the whole Drill Baby Drill thing,MSNBC is by far more biased on the liberal side.During the inauguration I remember some of the newscast from their complaining about how disgusting it was going to be that a conservative was about to speak after Obama.

I think he puts a funny spin on things. Very right I must admit, maybe righter than me, but it is very funny.
Hey, I have a fun idea! I'm going to make a list of different criteria and you get to see what applies to you. Ready?
-Are you atleast 18 years old? -Do you need to work so you can survive? -Do you gets news from more than one source? -Are current world/economic events actually affecting you? -Have you ever been involved in you local/state/national gov't in anyway? -Are you a registered voter? -Can you list the last five presidents and their political alignments without looking it up? -Do you pay taxes? -Do you pay into Social Security?
If you said 'No' to two or more of those then please....hold your tounges. Nothing in the news affects you directly. You have nothing to form an opinion on other than your parent's standings/what is told to you. You are not able to change anything.
If you answered 'Yes' to all but one or two of them, feel free to post your opinion.
I'll put an (X) next to the ones that apply to me.

Only three of them need you to be 18. One of which is being 18. Which is less than half. Thus meaning it is not most. Mhhhm.
And incase anyone goes "y wuld he say taht?": Until you have to deal with real life, deal with actual gov't and political issues...you have no basis to form any decent opinion/standing on it.
-Do you pay taxes? -Do you pay into Social Security? -Have you ever been involved in you local/state/national gov't in anyway? -Are you a registered voter? -are you atleast 18 years old? -Do you need to work so you can survive?
-Are you atleast 18 years old? no. -Do you need to work so you can survive? sort of. -Do you gets news from more than one source? yes. -Are current world/economic events actually affecting you? in a way. -Have you ever been involved in you local/state/national gov't in anyway? sort of. -Are you a registered voter? no -Can you list the last five presidents and their political alignments without looking it up? Barack Obama D-Illinois George W. Bush R-Texas William Clinton D-Arkansas George H. W. Bush R-Texas Ronald Reagan R-California -Do you pay taxes? no -Do you pay into Social Security? no
Now then. We are not speaking about how the news affects us, but how biased Fox is. I am afraid that the point of this discussion renders most of these criteria moot. Therefore, I shall continue to post my opinion. I don't care if you think twelve is too young to talk politics. I am informed. Informed enough to form intelligent arguments. And intelligent enough to support most of them. Sorry if this seems too brash, but I will keep posting. Thank you for understanding. If you don't understand, then please try Please? --------

Wrong again. I have different political views than my parents on many issues~and I make my choices based on facts and my pure, undistorted opinion, not what it told to me, or my parents' standings. Just because I cannot officially change anything doesn't mean I can't debate my opinion. Third, you spelled the word "tongue" wrong. :| --------- My point is that basically laying down generalizations like that will help no-one. It will create misconceptions, and will turn this argument into a far too exclusive one. Please let me continue posting on matters such as this. Stuff like this generates unnecessary arguments such as this one, arguments that can be voided by abstaining to make those generalizations in the first place.
