But there are two sides to this subject. But I mean if they were allowed then almost anyone could buy a gun... And this time the criminals would have the right to own a gun...

Yes criminals will own a gun in ways that s law abiding citizin can't, but they always could have and will.

So evan if you change the law so that guns will be purchisable. The criminals will olny take advantage of that. Criminals will always find ways to obtain wepons no matter the law.

So this IMO will olny make things alot worse...

Anyone should be able to own a gun, I got a .45 and a .22 myself, but they should make some limitations to those who have a past of criminal behavior.

Taking away our second amendment right is stupid. The right to bear arms not only protects us from people who want to do us and our families harm, but also keeps the government from becoming too powerful, as people will be able to FORCE the government to change if it becomes unpleasant to the people. Criminals will always be able to acquire firearms; taking them away from innocent civilians only takes away our right to defend ourselves.

I agree to you guys, I mean we should be able to own a gun but that can cause more chaos then solve anything really.

But owning a gun to some limitations dose work for certain areas and people.

Yeah, I'll just say this. Here in Detroit, 99.9 percent of the people HAVE NO BUSINESS owning a firearm.

Haha. I don't go out much, just last week some nut barricaded himself inside a house and SWAT had to go in and get him, they tore the whole house up and everything.

As far as I'm concerned, the government is severely fucked. I'm not getting into details, but believe me when I say that I got arrested for the most absurd shit.

The problem is, people do alot in their lives and get away with it. So, I bet, detroits a pretty madhoused city if you say it the way it is. We should be able to use firearms, as a rebellious threat if somehow godoforbid our army turns on us. :P Well, in any weird case such as that.

In truth, the limitations on what fire arm and how to use them is the problem. and if the government fails to enfore, make clear, and show the problem that people in some places are domestically facing then we have a problem.

I am of the opinion that every stable adult should have to go armed at all times.

Yeah, it'd be really messy for the first week or so, but after that people would be really polite.

in england they banned all guns and crime rates skyrocketed and in some states you have to own a gun and crime rates decreased so much so give people guns and the proper training and we will be fine

There's no need for proper training, just proper judgement.
