Do you like them? Do you hate them? Your thoughts?

I like Coldplay. They're lyrics are fun, the mood is dynamic, and the music is complicated. Also, Chris Martin has a pretty good voice. My favorite songs by Coldplay are Clocks, Yes, 42, Violet Hill, and Yellow. Viva la Vida. . .isn't really all it's hyped up to be. (Sorry Coldplay fanatics >)

Viva la Vida was there only good song.


and also the only song by them you've heard. right? Compared to some of their other stuff, Viva la Vida was a piece of crap.

Come on, it is nothing compared wtih A rush of Blood To the head, but there songs are awesome. I agree viva la vida is overplayed on the radio, but it is very good.

The composition of Viva la Vida is too boring, and the lyrics are cliched. A Rush of Blood to the Head is a great CD.

Viva la Vida was copyrited from Joe Satriani's If I Could Fly. Coldplay is being sued for it.

I agree with dudeguy, and they did NOT rip off if I could fly. It's just 5 seconds that sound similar!

Hmm...they're alright. I have only heard their hit Viva La Vida, and it was kind of boring. The violin instrumentation is interesting though.

I think that Coldplay is a really good band. I really liked Viva la Vida and some of their old stuff.

Their best songs are: Yellow, trouble, The Scientist, Clocks, In my place, A Rush Of Blood To The Head, Speed of Sound, The Hardest Part, Violet Hill, Lovers in Japan, Life In Technicolor (both of them) and Glass of Water. All their songs are awesome though.

You do not listen to a lot of Coldplay.

A Rush of Blood to the Head is Coldplay's best album by far, followed by Viva La Vida.

Yes that's true, but at the begging I admit I liked them, now I don't hate them, but I don't want to hear their songs.
