grade 17 gems? Will you accumulate that big gems by that time? Don't forget that you will need to boost your mana gain, which is very mana-hungry thing. A very good score tho And are there any other giant waves before wave 44? You might do better super-angering these than 44th.
do slow the game to 0.1 or 0.2, so one frame will last ~0.5 seconds, and let it go overboard... I don't expect you will succeed in creating enough gems in time... you might even have to decrease your mana farm a little.

the hp your talking abuot aurpasses wave 228 of the final battel, i must watcch this because with whatever fiurepower you use i can beat those waves, i know there are no shrines sadly but its worth o try
so with 2 gems of 300k max dmg if you combined into dual would you get nearly 1m cuz of dual bonus? plus a r/l r/y or y/l could do a ton, if yellow tripple hit on 6 monsters at once then dang

if i could put game speed at 0 i suppose i could do that too, most likely just get 35 pure 20s if i could then the 200% bonus on 34 of them and combine all into 17 grade 21 dual yellow reds
btw i might try that game slower on final battle and play it every day till i finish in a week or so if i get a tip on how to get it
