Uhhhhh....no.

That's all I really gotta say to that, he's not even close in body count or cruelty to the worst dictators of past and present.

And I just realized I could take the topic as being who was the least successful dictator ever...

I wonder who that would be?

I'd have to say Staln. My fammily has suffered from his dictatorship, but then again he did lead us to victory in WorldWar2.

He did had his ups and downs, (Mostly Downs) but he did have two major ups to his rule.
I. He Bosted the Russian Economy by 2000%
II. Lead us to Victory in World War II.

"the Cuba guy" is not that bad, Cuba now has one of the best health-care systems in the world.
Without any doubt the worst dictator was Hitler.

Agreed, Hitler did some horrible things ethically, but he was also an amazing politician.

A bad dictator would be one who isn't able to keep the citizens under control, and gets crushed by rebellions before we even hear about them.
