They're illegal?! But I have a bunch of emulators on my computer in my basement next to my pot plant! Lol, not really, none of that statement was true. But seriously, I never knew they were illegal, because I have one or two on my computer. Thankfully, I don't have limewire, making it more difficult to get caught.
I'm no idiot. I too have a bunch of emulators on my computer, but thankfully the government in the Philippines doesn't regulate online piracy much.
