I know this thread may be a little rude or unconfortable to some readers so i am warning you now
PLEASE LEAVE IF YOU ARE UNCONFORTABLE
no dont complain on this thread
Anyway, porn, i admit to watching it sometimes and im sure a lot of others do too, maybe not to play with themselves, just too watch maybe lesbians doing it ot something i dont know. So do you think its a good thing or bad thing? Do you think people should watch it at an earlier age? have you ever watched it and what do you think? you dont have to answer any of these questions they are just guidelines if you have nothing to post
good at masturbating? because you sure as hell won't be good at sex.
I would debate that. I've never known a girl that can have an orgasm during sex if she doesn't know how to have one on her own; guys can have that problem too if they don't know how to relax. When you get into bed with a partner, if they can't reach climax it can make you feel inadequate as a lover, whether or not it's your fault.
I think it's a good thing. It doesn't hurt or damage a majority of the people that watch or use it, and people have fun with it.

Maybe it doesn't actually hurt them, but I think it might distance people from sexual reality. Spending too much time with masturbating or porn might make the person feel differently about the realities of social interaction with the opposite sex. So I'd say addiction is a bad thing, but once or twice is just so-so. I wouldn't do it, but I still don't see the harm in it occasionally.
It's not really if it's good or bad, but what type. Soft Core porn might as well be rated PG. I don't think any of it is Bad, unless you are talking about snuff or child porn. Then that is bad. Of course I don't bother watching it unless some one is crying :P

Any product 'might' cause harm. It's like when people complain about GTA IV or any other video game that has a shred of violence in it because it's making kids *evil*. I'd agree. Addiction is bad; for anything - but it doesn't make the source of addiction necessarily a bad thing.
GOSH there are a billion of these topics already PLEASE LOOK THROUGH THE FORUM BEFORE POSTING!
Kirby, there's nothing in this forum within ten pages that covers the same subject matter (I got bored of looking past that and AG doesn't seem to have a search function). There is the 'should porn be illegal' thread, but that addresses the legality, whereas this is more 'is it morally wrong?' Additionally, there's no entry for pornography threads in the topic bulletin.
Some things like addiction to games or something might not be bad, as long as they aren't violent or suggestive or something. I just think an addiction to porn is something we should really try to avoid, while some addictions may not be as severe. Since this is just a morality of porn discussion, I thought I'd throw that out there. I'm not saying there's much to be done about it.

If you ejaculate fast in masturbation then do you ejaculate faster in sex?
There are masturbation/sex education sites out there. They were made so that kids could find out the real information (not all the myths out there). Also non-pornographic, so kind of useful at times. Just do a simple Google search.
if it injured nobody!!
Even if they do get injured, it's their choice. So I don't see anything wrong with that. Now, if it's injuring the viewer...(I don't see how, other than mentally, but that could be debated) then there's a problem.
*very tempted to sing that rather inappropriate Lilly-Allen song in a girly voice*
"...It's such a shame I look into your eyes I want to get to know you And then you make this noise and it's apparent it's all over It's not fair and I think you're very mean..."
You ought to speak to a professional porn star sometime about the ups and downs of their job...no pun intended.
Humans are one of the few species that have sex for pleasure. Thus it is no surprise that pornography, in some shape or form, has existed for hundreds of years. As for defining whether it is morally 'right' or 'wrong' is another matter, but it is my personal opinion it is acceptable.
