eeerrr... no not very often as firetail said it is just a quick and easy awayt to show you found something funny. What is easier, lol or I found that reasonably amusing and it levened the mundality of my day.
Hrm, well it depends o nthe day isuppose. And who I am tlaking to. When lige comes to the forums, then yes, I uselly end up cracking up. Or when people are trying to make fun of me, that makes me laugh to.....
Like people have said, it's more of a way of shwoing your appreciation something was mildly humorous. If something is genuinely laught out loud funny it will warrant something more than a simple lol.
That goes for rofl'ing and lmao'ing too. In fact when do you really rofl in reality anyway?

I usually write robl (rolling on bed laughing), and whn I write that I usually have done just that. :3
Most of the time when I type lol I don't mean that I actually did laugh out loud. Usually I mean it anywhere from a sarcastic way to a big grin. "LOL!" usually means I did laugh, and did so quite loudly.
I use lulz a fair bit too, and when I type lulz there is more often a real laugh behind it than when I type lol~

I guess I'm not the type of guy to roll around laughing. Very few things can make me do that. Normally you can distinguish whether I actually laughed if I saw ''I lol'd'' rather than plain old ''lol''. Lol, for the above though by the way.
