Why is my entry only marked off .2 of a full 1.0 entry? Shouldn't it be marked off at least .5 to constitute as a half-entry? Otherwise it's closer to a full-entry, which it is clearly not as it plays no effect whatsoever in the competitive judging.

At first I thought the eyes were the eyebrows, so I was majorly confused as too why the whiskers were coming out of it's eyeballs, until I used the first picture as a reference.
