I think Obama is doing well considering the position he has been put in to. Our country is doing very badly due to things happening before his presidency and he has to do his best to fix it.

Well, at this point, the non-extremist republicans (like myself) shouldn't be saying anything. I don't agree with Obama's standpoints, but he hasn't been given the chance to do anything yet, so I'm not going to make any hot comments about him. I guess the actual extremists that seek to make fun of his fly-swatting are on break.

so? Just because he's done a lot doesn't mean he's gonna cause any serious change so short-term. Stuff like what he's done takes a while to take effect - doing more stuff won't speed it up.
The universal health care plan he has going on is the most ridiculous thing ever. Who honestly wants the government to pay for everything? Lazy people who don't want to work for a living. They want everything handed to them and Obama is giving it to them, he is giving them reason to not do anything. He is turning America into a socialist country. Stop. Just stop. Honestly? Read about socialism, then try to justify this comment. Secondly...there's a reason why communism and socialism are different words. Don't confuse the two. Plus, do you even know when Russia came into existence? Don't even think about comparing the US to Russia in order to compare communism, seeing how Russia didn't exist as a country when Communism was in that area. It really became Russia after the Soviet Union fell apart.
