Confuzzlement is governed in the 123rd Law of Alt:

'Under every possible circumstance, thou being by the name of Alt shall become confuzzled, despite the elaboratness of the matter forthwhich the confuzzlement is brought upon by.'

Oh yeah, and the 124th law states that I have full authority and ability to make up words if the situation demands it.
