This site is PG13. If 9 year old kids pretend to be 13 to be on this site, they risk encountering stuff kids below the age of 13 shouldn't see. It is their own fault for choosing to access a PG13 site.
Aside from that, what's really wrong with the mentioning of oral sex as long as there's no explicit descriptions? All it can do is raise the question "what is oral sex". In my opinion, 13 year old kids are old enough to handle that question.
