There's no real quick way, which works everytime. Not even sex - most men, I believe, does not like desperate girls who goes right for that part, even though that's all what they talk about with their friends.

A cute/beautiful smile and face, soft skin, nice hair is only a few of the physical things. Which is, sadly, what most men prefers first (before the things on the inside)

Letting men talk about their interrests, and things their good at make them feel comfortable and worthy - but if you don't want to listen to it anyways, that ain't no good way.
Letting them teach you something is too, it make them feel even more liked and somehow good at something. Men like showing what they're good at!

Talking nicely and properly is a good thing too. You don't want a nice girl running around screaming and cursing all the time! It's more than okay to curse a bit if you hurt yourself - but try to laugh if it didn't hurt that much anyways and ask him to cheer you up (in a somehow joking way, of course).

Do not try to be fun, if you know you're not. It's a turn-off when someone trys to act funny, but fails enormously at it.

Being stupid can be two things. There's the "real" stupid, and then theres the "cute" stupid. I think you can figure out the difference yourself.

Showing that you care for everyone, and not only yourself is nice too. Of course you want to take good care of yourself, but you want to show that you take care of your friends and others too. Egoism is a big-fat turn off.
