Hitler was a very intelligent man, he was just crazy. But, you've got to give him credit, he didn't really come from anything and look what he achieved. For better or worse we won't be forgetting his name anytime soon. Some of the best leaders in more recent history (don't really feel like stretching back to Rome and all at the moment) where men like Napoleon (sorry, can't spell it off the top of my head), Churchill did good, as did Lenin. A personel favorite of mine would have to be Micheal Collins and the work he did for Ireland during the revolution and following civil war. As for Soviet Leaders, I heard this once and it seems to be fairly accurate: Lenin showed how to rule a country, Stalin showed how not to lead a country. You do know there is a ruomor going around that seems fairly correct- That Obama is trying to turn America into a Socialist State. He is thinking about passing a law that all American's must have the same Health Incurence. Before we know it he'll be trying to pass a Socialist Law.
