Whom Do You Think Is The Wost & Best World Leader? And why. Examples: Josef Stalin - Soviet Union George W. Bush - America Vladimer Lenin - Soviet Union Adolf Hitler "The Futer" - Germany Winston Churchhil - Britian Hadiki Togo - Empire Of Japan Abraham Lincon - American Harry Trunan - American King George III - British Empire William Wallance - Scotish Revolution King "Longshanks" - British Empire
why is it always the bad guys who started senseless wars, people who are the best leaders. why do so few people remember or mention people just as gandhi or dr. martin luther king. these guys changed the history of their country or even the world without killing anybody. and they also motivated huge masses of people to follow them. this is a way greater achievement than any warlord could ever achieve. most of the leaders mentioned befor where never popular but simply feared by their people. i really do not think that a great leader is one that is being feared but one that is respected.
p.s. it would be really cool not to put adolf hitler and george bush in the same category. sure bush might not have been the best president for the u.s. and for the rest of the world(i mean his foreign policy not taht he was leader of the world) but he did not kill millions of people or cause a war that killed again millions of people. so he is way way way better than hitler, lenin, stalin or mao and really by no standard he has earned the title of being on worlds wall of fame of evil.
Examples: Josef Stalin - Soviet Union George W. Bush - America Vladimer Lenin - Soviet Union...
They are not in the same category, they are only examples

How does Lenin earn that rank. He did not start a war that killed millions. It was the Czar and the White Army who declaired a war to defeat the revolution. Lenin on the other hand was using peacful maters. For an example, he was the leader of a Civilian March, and the Czar's guards opened fir aopn the croud. He was only thought as evil because of his preticecior, Josef Stalin. Who was not suposed to be the next leader. When Lenin died of a 4th Stroke, he said Leon Troski will be the next leader. But the other Bolshivek leaders ignored that and Stalin jumped in and claimed he war the new leader. Stalin was only the General Secretary, not a high possition. Later in his years he purged 60% Of Russia's population. Some 80m+ people. He is among Adolf Hitler, who murdered some 40-60 people. Lenin, was a peaceful revolutionary.
i was not only addressing your specific exemples in my post but mainly a lot of different posts, where a comparison is made. just wanted to make the point clear.
as for lenin he was one of the leaders of the soviet revolution which destroyed the czar system. as well he was responsible for the creation of the cheka(which is a predecessor of the kgb and did operate with similar methods). also lenin was responsible for waves of red terror in russia after ww1 and tolerated torture and executions of mainly people from the upper class or people that sympathised with the white army.
As to the millions of death, professor r.j.rummel(who seems to be a important history professor and sure is more of an expert on this topic then any of us) estimates the deaths lenin is responsible for to a number of 4million.(found on wikipedia.org article about lenin). i do not want to say that the white army was much better or worse. but certainly lenin was not peaceful at all. neither his way of obtaining power nor his actions as a leader prove this point
I would like to say Emperor Hirohito of Japan, or Hideki Tojo, although Hideki Tojo was crazy. They modernized Japan and conquered various parts of Asia as well as small Islands.
I would also say FDR, he helped treat the Great Depression and tried to keep America out of World War II.
