With this Bible passage, this is pre-creation (or evolutionary-creation, whichever people prefer). So I don't think there was identification with words like "I, me, us, our," etc. Also, Christians (at least those I know) believe in the Holy Spirit, which is the Holy Trinity mystery (I would get into that, but I can't make a long post cause I have homework). But basically, God could say we when thinking to himself since he is three parts.

No offense, but I think you might be in a little over your head. Until we die or the apocalypse, it'll be impossible to prove or disprove any religion. All you can really do is defend your beliefs and stick to them. Otherwise you may find some accidental contradictions.
