What do you guys think of his very sad memorial? It summed his life up well . . . there was a lot of celebrity appearances. I think Brooke Shields did the best job of "humanizing" Micheal. Here is a link to watch the full memorial. . . .

It's just so not funny it's annoying. It's the same as when people pull that about Marilyn Manson, it's over done and unfunny.

Anywho, I think that it seemed too much like a marketing gimick than a real memorial. Not for the products but for the family to pretend they were still happy and friendly together. Also it seemed like the daughter was being told she had to cry and stuff. It didn't seem genuine. Which I thought was insane to think but I've heard a few people say it too without me having said anything first.

They sold tickets to it. I think that makes it a marketing ploy like Xavier was saying. If the media really loooved MJ then they would have allowed people to come for free to HONOR its death.

He sure fooled me, and the children

Um the child who "ACCUSED" Michael of molestation came out and said that his dad made him do it for the money.

I think the memorial was a great one...he was just another great singer that his time came to an end too short.

I agree, the memorial is a very well done one, a lot better than washington memorial imo.

So what, Im done with the Billy thing, I just want people to quit mourning the UGLIEST "man" on earth. He was a woman to me, He looked like a woman, he sounded like a woman, hell he probably smelled like one. and we all know that his Shopping sprees are that of a woman, The thing was 10 mill in debt because It couldnt quit buying stuff...

women don't have a penis. Justin Timberlake sounded like a woman, yet people respect him and from what I can tell, he is usually the favorite guest on SNL.

because It couldnt quit buying stuff...

yet he owns the rights to a little over 250 The Beatles songs. If he sold that he would have a 1.2 Billion dollar surplus. It was a wise investment.

Jackson got an hour long special,

THats becaue Jackson is more important, duh.

F*ck, people, come on, I already explained this...HEART DISEASE.

they suspected the head injury from when he got hit by a object when a tire blew on the plane he was in at first but in the end the doctor said it was a heart attack but its not their final word on how he really died.

Fun Fact: My Cousin lives in McKees Rocks, PA where he was buried. He told me the pallbearers wore the outfit you would see him wearing in his advertisments and Billy was burried with a shirt with the OxiClean logo.

I read the thread title and went straight to that paragraph and somehow skipped the "Billy" in there. First thing i thought was "wtf why would MJ wear an OxiClean shirt?"

Really shows that i need sleep. T_T

Yea I know its off topic talking about Billy than MJ since the forum is about his memorial but it seems we crossed the line many time than what the post was actually made for. I already answered to the post and it wasnt off topic like it shouldn't be so yea I just wanted to throw out that fact that many might not know of since most of us are at the point talking about Billy now lol

He was a god.

That's another thing that scares me. Just from seeing how many turned out and reacted to his funeral it's frightening what a cult-like following he had.

He wasn't just the King of Pop. He is now turning into the God of Pop. I mean seriously. What do you hear about every time you turn on the television? What do you hear about every day on the streets? What do you hear on the radio every day? Michael Jackson is who!

[quote]he was a great guy, if you don't beleive me google the kid who accused him for molesting him.
HE ADDMITTED IT WAS A LIE.

If the kid admitted he lied how do you know he's not lieing about admitting that he lied??? Maybe he admitted it because he didn't like all the attention ect...

Either way the guys an ass. He spent millions of millions of dollars on himself but none to chairities sad and disgusting. And I dont even like his music.

Ok you know what i htink about this ... I think alot of people are fed up with this Micheal Jackson thing... Ok sure its sad hes died but so does millions of other people die each minute!

[quote]Exactly we dont mourn over these nameless people that die of cancer ect... Do we but we mourn over a child molester for two weeks!?! And I'm not sure that it's MILLIONS of people that die a minute.
