Jealousy!

Some people are just Jealous.

just ignore them. and be proud you got a Merit. just dont listen to what people say to you (unless its good of course). oh and congratz on the merit

People generally don't care for reviews they don't see are coming from someone they don't see as an authority and can easily play the game themselves and find out whether they like it themselves.

And should players like it then they will find those you underrate the game as demeaning and be angry at them.

If you received a merit obviously someone appreciated it.

Reviews do not have to always be positive, the best way to do a review is to be honest about it. If it is negative, then that's alright. People can make comments about it if they want, but they aren't actually taking the time to write their own review.

Yes, although, I am thinking that he is having trouble with regular users? Anyway, I wouldn't mind if a person says "bad game" or something similar (as long as it is not too hurtful) as long as they tell me WHY they find this way. Same if they say good. I am sure if you say bad/good game on a merit-worthy comment, then you should say why.

i just give the creator of the game as much appreciation as i can give them. i mean man, im not making any games. i dont know how hard it is. they work relatively hard on making those games. john, joeybetz and other big game makers on AG deserve applause. but so do the other guys. and i write pretty good reviews but i know they are not merit worthy

Man if people dont appreciate what you did. then they dont understand hard work. u deserved that merit, i bet they really couldnt get a merit and neither can i.

yea man. but you know it really doesnt matter. i dont really care about merits. i used to. cuz all i wanted was points. but now it's just cool talking to everyone. giving out needed information. but anyone that has gotten a merit truly deserves it, anyone who thinks that it was dumb of them is just jealous and wish they had one. not trying to be mean..

Well I have merit reviews, and some times people don't like them but I don't really care I just do it to tell the developer that the game might as well have some changes of some sort. Maybe some very good parts about the game, to tell the developer what a good or bad job he did >.<

If you got a merit for it, just be happy you got one. Just ignore people going like "stop writing so much"

Exactly. Just happened to me. Here's a link. Makes me wonder what peoples' problems are with me taking 15 minutes out of my day to write a review. Pathetic.

Wow TSL, now that I see that I think I'll go check a review I just did, lol. If I see anyone I'll probably tell them why I did it...hopefully they'll stop spamming and start writing reviews then.
