This is a rather basic question that I happen to find myself asking sometimes. What is your opinion? State which you think would've come first and give a good reason as to why. I don't know if there has already been a thread on this, but I apologize if there has.
[everytime something is born, it is slightly different each chicken born is slightly different from previous chickens so some animal that wasnt a chicken layed an egg, something more like a chicken came out, then that layed an egg, and then something with chicken DNA came out. of course, this took millions of years. the egg came first.] where did the thing that layed that come from where did the thing that lay
All creatures evolve at some point, so maybe before chickens laid eggs, they gave birth, and when they got tired of dinosaurs eating their kids, they laid eggs so they would stay put in one place.
Kinda makes you think but when you're done there is only 1 option and that is the chicken because without the chicken there would be no egg and yes I know that without the egg there would be no chicken but I'm sure we've all heard of the aying that there is a first for everything
The egg, because a prehistoric bird layed it, and through certain conditions, the chick inside mutated, or adapted to a diffrent condition. This is how evolution works. So I therefore say the egg.
It's like any species. Whether its egg laying or Placental.
In a animals womb, such as a dog, under certain conditions, the animal will produce certain qaulities to their baby. They will grow adaptions. Now this can be very short if the population is very small, or it takes long if the population is very big. This si also why we have diffrent skin colours and textures on our fellow humans. Im black for example. Reason why im black, is because my ancestors were in ussually very hot area's near the equator, That the sun shined the same length all year.
White folk are white because in Europe and such, Sunlight was blacked out for alot of the year, due to the season of winter and fall.
its the same as a Chicken egg thoeries, because some prehistoric bird gave birth to a bird, that over time, gave birth to more and more chickenlike birds. The first Domesticated chicken we know today Originated amongst the jungle fowl of Thialand and other south east Asian area's. The people there have evidence they domesticated the chicken back to 6000 BCE. This is highly reasonable, but there is other places amongst the globe that refer to their domestication as well. In short, the chicken originated in the egg. The bird may have laid it, but back then, that bird was not a chicken. So therefore, it was the egg.
I layed the first chicken egg got it? so yea the egg did
Maybe some bird dinosaur was retarded and it humped another retarded dino that had retarded parents and then the chicken egg was born! and my sister laid the first egg!
