If he's an atheist *AND* unpatriotic, that might make sense, but as Green12324 indicated, you would need to live under a theocratic government for atheism to be unpatriotic.
and even in a theocracy you could still be patriotic and atheist. patriotizm does not implicate, that you have to believe and approve everything that your country or governement does
Oh my non-existent god! How could atheism be unpatriotic? These atheism-bashing threads are getting less and less amusing. If nothing else, atheism is MORE patriotic because it is impossible for any real Church v. State debacle!
where in this post is atheism being bashed? there is one question asked, and from all the answers i think that they show no bashing at all
If someone said "Is being German anti-semtic?" would you feel happy? What if I had a german friend who keeps being called a nazi all the time and I decided to post it on here in the same format?

I'd answer in exactly the same fashion. The OP is a little small to really be a flame - I think it's a genuine question; I don't think there's any bashing of atheism here.

well since it was posted as a question here i would choose to enlighten the person, about the topic he wants to learn.
i really do not see the problem with asking if something is true.

What does that have to do with Atheism getting bashed?
