I was watching Fox News awhile back and what I heard was that, Obama doesn't care if UNDERAGEteens have sex, he only cares if they are safe!!! Why would anyone be for teens having sex... I have been to parties where people get drunk and next thing you know they are pregnant..... He should be completely against UNDERAGEteens having sex. I don't care if they are safe, you can still obtain an STD even if you are using a condom or something similar!

That is exactly right. If he made it a law then people would still do it.
lets face it if it were not for the advances in medicine people would be lucky to live to the age of 30 thats why puberty happens at those early teen years because people were meant to have sex at that time so the population wouldnt die out think of it like humans were still somewhere in the middle of the food chain then you might see my point

Well that's all fine and dandy when you actually reach puberty in early teen years... I was almost 10, that's way too young!
And, sex itself isn't bad, it's the kids not taking responsibility for their actions. Face it, contraceptives work...97% of the time, those who were the lucky few, well, grow up and take the responsibility.
Well my opinion on this is that Obama has said before something similar to the effect that he wanted to promote safe sex, because he wanted to lower the amount of teen pregnancies that lead to abortions. I can kind of agree with him on this issue, because while I am not in support in teens having sex, its basically impossible to stop some of them, but you can teach them to do so safely so pregnancies don't happen, and deadly diseases are not spread.

Wow, what's wrong with you people? It was a joke. Granted, I'm sure sarcasm is hard to pick up on on a website, but come on....Yes, I really want the President of the United States to have sex with little teenage girls. Wow, people. Really.
The ACTUAL point is that teenagers are going to have sex whether you want them to or not. Might as well educate them and teach them how to be safe rather than trying to get them to stop. One of the golden rules with children is the more you ban them from doing something with no explanation, the more they will want to do it.
I think sometimes you guys should realize what Obama is doing right now... He has a war to command, an economy to fix, laws to make, etc. If I were him and a few parents complained to me about their kids, I would tell them to suck it up, teach their kids about safe sex, and tell them to give their kids condoms.
Despite Fox news being a biased propaganda machine, underage sex will always happen. You can't tell me you waited until you were 18 (or consent) to have sex.
