I personally do think there will be. And as far as this "war on terrorism" goes it might lead to WW3. I want to know what you guys/girls know. And keep to the rules.
There is going to be one. But there are several factors on the human race actualy serviving
1. If were smart enough not to nuke everthing 2. If its "worlds war" like if we start living on several planets, thus having better nuke defence 3. if the world doesen't get taken over by a dictator who then keeps the world from having wars do to the fact he coulden't fight himself...(none are to likly...)
There very likely will be one. Unlike the first two, chances are that this one will have something to do with natural resources. And, unfortunatly, we will most likely nuke everything shitless
There probably will be a WW3 but the problem is that if it actually happens, if anyone uses a single nuke, we are doomed. Once the first nuke flies, the rest will ataack back, and destroy each other in the process. It's called Mutally Assured Destruction, or MAD if you use acronyms. It's quite a coincidence because anyone dumb enough to launch a warhead is MAD and deserves to die.
MAD means that if one nation launches a single warhead at the other, both nations will kill each other through multiple backlashes towards the other. As a matter of fact, MAD was one of the main reasons that Russia and the U.S. didn't kill each other during the cold war. So odds are that there will be a WW3, but it probably won't be waged with nuclear warheads. That's one solace granted.

If there is going to be a world war three it should have already happened. The theory is that germany and france would declare war on greece and all the bankrupt countries to get their money back, which would be the result of a big war and everbody will have to choose a side. and btw only China, U.S, russia, France and germany suplies nuclear weapons.
Human race can never quit fighting cuz if they do quit fighting, there will b no difference b/w them and angels. So, yes WW3 will happen(not in the style MW showed it).
Frankly, I think WW3 is alreday happening but it hasn't been named WW3 yet. I mean it's Britian, America, Germany, Italy, France VS Israel and Pakistan. (I think we are fighting them I can't remember but I do know the countrys we are fighting are near them if not them.)

Since when have the Europeans and Americans gone to war with Israel and Pakistan? Pakistan and America might have a strenuous relationship, but they are NOT at war. Pakistan and the USA are in fact allies, with the USA being the second biggest supplier of arms to Pakistan. Don't be daft.
Also, the USA or the European nations are NOT at war with the countries near Pakistan or Israel. They might target terrorists hiding in Afghanistan, and they might be engaged with Iran over the downed American drone, but they aren't at war with any nation at the moment.
Furthermore, it isn't total war, or war which requires the whole economy and population to take up arms in a full scale war. That's what both world wars had, and it's not happening now.
