Now, I know i should dig deeper and get both sides of the story and such, but I found a problem with SHOPS already.
So it seems greean is being rather rude to hollistergirl. Why you may ask? Simplie for a stament made in her about saying, "Rasicst should go to hell." Which is an opinon correct?
So he comes in saying that she needs to take it down that it is flamming. Which, it is not.
He has no real power there, and idon't think he should not be alowed to "run" SHOPS, if he is going to get a big head about it.
Really what I'm trying to say is just go read Green's profile, and Hollisters. You will see what I mean.
She was quite rude about how she said it, and I consider that flaming. It's not her decision whether or not racists should die and go to hell, and someone might get mad about it. I also got a complaint from another user about it. I don't see how getting her to take down something potentially offensive is getting a "big head".
The point of SHOPS is to help out the moderators, and I'm sure that if they had been involved they also would have made her take it down. What's the point if we're just going to flood the mods with every little thing people complain about, and not try to resolve things before they have to?
In addition, by a comment you made in her profile I have a hard time believing you're not biased in her opinion. I was very proffesional in dealing with the problems.
As for the posts I made today, I don't consider any I made to be rude. Nothing I said was offensive in the least.

Honestly, the site added that, you cant get it removed, someones name inappropriate, like you could ban them. Anyway, that's besides the point. It may have been started as a way to benefit the site, and help out the mods, but now it's just causing more chaos than good.

And while this site has rules about what one can and cannot say, as a member you are not entitled to yell at someone for what they have in their about. I don't know who gave you the account, but I'm positive they didn't give it to you so you can nag to people on whats in their about.
When you go and do the complaints, does it help? No. It doesn't. All SHOPS is, is a meat shield to attract some of the attention away from the mods. Which in the end, gets back to them anyway. So stop trying to be something you're not, it gets old fast.
What went on between Green and hollistergrl, I'm not fully aware of. But what I can tell you, is green instigated it. If he was, what he is trying to be, he would have let their conversation die out. He would have ignored her. But instead, he continued to have a conversation with her. If you want to help Green, know when to speak and when not to.

We never said that we'd be able to directly do something about it, we simply see whether or not something needs to be done. A lot of things that get reported to mods don't need to be acted upon anyway.

Spamming and hacking was so that the acronym would work, but we deal with any complaints people have.

I don't think you guys understand, a user complained about it. It's not just me hunting for people to nag, that would be stupid. But since a user complained, and it was flaming, it needed to be dealt with. A mod didn't need to get involved unless she refused to remove the comment.

Not really. It's here to filter the complaints. I'm sure that if you were a mod you would appreciate only getting reports that need to be dealt with.

Green is simplie a good instigator. He kept repling with little comments which would grind her gears, without saying much offensive.

Ok you usually I'm not one to take cholokid's side, but seriously i agree with him. The whole SHOPS thing is pointless. No one should go to you to report something. They the can go to a moderator and get it done quicker. SHOPS is like a moderator account with no moderating power. People give you reports that you can't take care. It is only a job an moderator can take care of and you are not one. And just because you run SHOPS doesn't mean you can tell people to stop spamming and not expect people to tell you to stop. You have as much power as me or Cholokid, or Skaterkid, which is no power at all.
