In my opinion the 2 best drummers of all time. So stop claiming that Lars Ulrich or the dude from Slipknot are good. Niel Peart and Kieth Moon I'll let you get away with.
Get away with him? Personally I think he is the best drummer of all time. Sure there are better people at drumming but no one comes close for pure style and indulgence in the lifestyle of a drummer in one of the best rock bands of the time. Sure there are better things than this but few are as good as this or this.
I like the Beatles, and they have a terrible drummer. See?
Ringo was good... Why don't people understand these things?
A really good drummer is one of the founders of metal drumming, Bill Ward of Black Sabbath. There's a couple others: Danny Carey of Tool, Terry Bozzio(That video's pretty old), and Carl Palmer(That one's kind of old too) Travis Barker is really good, but he's really overrated.

He was ok and probably doesn't deserve everyone ripping on him all the time but I think compared to how big the band was he didn't get up there. I couldn't imagine them with anyone lese though. And below is a great lennon quote.
John Lennon was once asked in an interview 'Is Ringo the best drummer in the world?' John Lennon replied 'Ringo isn't even the best drummer in The Beatles'
I am glad to see people endorsing Mitch Mitchell, Kieth Moon, and John Bonham. They were all very good, but did not play the hardest technical stuff (which is where is goes into opinion).
As for Ringo, who knows if he was amazing and never showed it? But everything done for Beatles was simple. Meg White is the same way.
What I don't understand is Travis Barker. He is (keep in mind, from a drummer's point of view, and thus from someone who knows what's hard or easy to play) not all that good.

I think he's more about publicity than talent. =/
Those guys in the OP aren't too great... not amazing, anyway, but they are good.
The drummer from 3 Doors Down, Greg Upchurch, is really good. I'd say a drummer from another band, but all of the ones I had in mind have already been listed. :P
Adding a band behind you doesn't make you a good drummer. Buddy Rich is the best there is, but you guys give him no respect because:
A. He died long ago. B. He doesn't have a famous band playing with him.
John Bonham can't do a one handed roll. And as far as Virgil Donati goes compared to famous people, I'm sure Niel Peart can't do flam accents on his bass drum at 190 BPM.
Also, owning a large drumset does not make you better at drumming. At all.
It's all a matter of opinion. Nothing to kick up a hype about really, since in different contexts, drummers turn out differently. All are good in my opinion really.
MusicCrazed, I much disagree with you. The drummer from SlipKnot is not playing anything complicated in the least, and I don't think he makes it sound very good either. Don't know the others.
