Wasn't sure how to spell it. I looked it up as Eggsecute, to see if that was correct, and I still got results for the correct pokemon.
That's because people misspell it a lot. Check where those results are coming from to see if you got the spelling right~ Bulbapedia is a good place to look for, as they have a friggin lot of information.
And I never thought it's name would be based on any other meaning than to kill, for some reason. >_<
Somehow 6 eggs doesn't make me think of anything violent. ^^;

It's perfectly alright to be a pokemon nerd, but that's such a condescending term. It's a somewhat addictive game. If you get good at it, you're obligated to know about the pokemon and their types. That doesn't make you a nerd, that makes you a fan and/or good.
Pokemon nerd =/= general nerd.
