One, because it's common sense to click on topics that say [Sports] or [Flash Game] than a topic titled [Sex] which you obviously know is going to be about...well, SEX!
And topics above PG-13 aren't too common around here actually, only every once in awhile you'll get something like this that is for 'mature audiences'...

Well, it does say "You must be at least 13 years of age to register." next to the field where you input your name.
