So, since my last competition was pretty much a discussion, I'll now close that and move over to this general colony discussion (the others are all specific)

aye case both u have micro.....noobs do not and actualy unlimited romans at the bace and then when you attak are streemed can be very useful, mainly against hovers but.....capitalists that go bank, gen forge and make tons of scout at the bace and do nothing with them till end of game suck.......i belive scouts are under estimated...they can thrash all air in dog fight, they are made from tiyler 1 and are cheep but are VERY weak to aa....
my roman build....set to monachy on eq and take hard cpu who is likely to go outpost, brakars hosp and make snipers to cover....while you go bank armory(money) forge or gen deppending on situation, streem some romans if nessasary, forge or gen (opposite of what u did last)....solar, swich armory to energy, wait not long till u have 2 mods..... keep all roman that u have infront of your mods , then streem romans and atak with mods and make more units when u can. this nearly allways takes them down but if not.....retreat and upgrade forge and switch to 3 gen build and make both types of ground attaking mods

I was just stating that forge is pretty crap in EQ. Fast hover and tank rush always comes out on top.:L Unless you are playing 2v2 and the person making forge's teammate was good enough to stall until you could make loads of spiders. Because they get annoying when there is like 50 of them. Lol.
It's for2v2 not 1v1 and if u saw the first thing I said which was use hard CPU who will go out,brack,hosp then make snipers, this will take most cronite rushes seeing as in opening min of game. And I know ur no aumutar endscape but 95% of online players r . I'm not saying this strat is unbeatable but it's prety good ... And hovers are useless agents this case if they do nothing and get rely hovers they will be pwnd by sniper pin and if they do get a cOuple of cronite then I will be attaking before they ever have more than 2 or 3 hovers and hovs are beaten by rushin Romans with units behind............. I hate posts this days ....... Pls before u critersize my strat to much .... How about trying it out....... There seems to have been a large increase in hacks lately.. SOz buy P.s : it's inflict
I know it sucks. There are too many hackers, and they number keeps rising. brp47 is doing an ok job in listing them, but there are many misspelled names on it. As for why there are so many hackers, I don't know. That is like asking why viruses (not the computer kind) exist.
There is also the problem of the players that exploit the bugs.
Now let us go onto a really complicated issue.
The SmartFox Server (Jetzul) is and has never been as stable as the 2 Blossom Servers (Glastondale and Beatrix). I never like Jetzul, I always feel like I have a little kid punching me in the balls when I play, due to the unstableness of Jetzul. The reason I feel this way is the Null (resource bug). I believe the root of the Null (resource) Bug is Jetzul. It never happened in Glastondale or Beatrix. The same goes for the Null (split) problem. Jetzul seems to mess up many games by splitting up the players within a match, which can allow for very ludicrous events such as: -corrupted units -some players finish the match before others -one player receives a win while his partner gets a lose -lag -and so much more Server spitting occurs mostly in longer games; but can occur in the first 30 seconds if a player uses a failed hack, or a player gets detected for cheating. This does not mean Jetzul splits only when a cheater is in the game, it can happen in any game because of how unstable it is.
Another issue is the Ghost Lobby Bug. This issue also started when Jetzul was made the only server. The Ghost Lobby bug is a bug where a player joins a match lobby when the host starts the game leaving the joining player in a match lobby screen, but connected to the Main Lobby Chat Room (MLCR). The average player usually sits in the Ghost Lobby for 7 minutes complaining about how no one is starting the match. Wait, hold the phone; you said the player is in the match lobby, so how do you know how long they are in there and what they are doing? Remember the player is connected to the MLCR, so everything they post is sent to the players in there. Also the players name will be on the Player List in the lobby. So how do you get rid of such lobbies? It is easy; all you need to do is exit to the MLCR, but other players can still join the Ghost Lobby while one is in it. Also, there is a second type of Ghost Lobby, which occurs when a guest (might work with any username with an underscore) host a match and doesn't participate in the match. This type of the Ghost Lobby does not need players in it until the players in the match return to the lobby.
I think putting the Blossom Servers back in Colony will greatly reduce the amount of Cheating.
I think my next post of knowledge will be on the types of lag players can experience while playing.

Don't know if you noticed this but, Hard CPU doesn't micro or attempt pin; just attack. Hovers own spiders and you can't make romans and spiders simultaneously..CPU sucks way too much to be able to give any real backbone to that strategy and tank rush beats cpu all the time in eq (even if CPU goes forge and makes air because you can just make marines.:L)
no hard cpu does pin by acsident with sniperz case they attak base but are not killed
Granted, due to range but, 1 cronite does indeed kill them as they have no fall back and hold which is essential for sniper pin. Also, no proper use of meditecs.
