plz explain how missile dodge would work? case the way im thinking this sounds a lil hard..
1). It is hard without practice
2) missile dodge works like this. Take a fast unit (mod sakata) and take a cheap unit (romans/marines). Spam the cheap unit. Have both units on advance and observe the opponents spec ops. The moment you see thier production load really fast is when you click your mod sakata and fall back.
Very do-able however not many people have this level of micro
or we could give it 2 life regain technologys
Now that i think more about it i don't think the regen would do much. For most of the matches im in the mod doesn't die from constant low attacks. The mod always dies from 1 coordinated attack.

Good idea, but i dont think it should be longer than a sniper, probably Equal range with a hover tank. Imagine a sakata with that fast of an attack destroying 5 hovers with micro. Thats insane

being an attacking gov, they should gain +20% resource with field control as well as extra influ.
I believe this may make commi a bit OP. If we remove the 20% income plus limit this to the 3 influence zone this should be fine

You are correct about the 2nd part. The unit that kills does not affect the resource gain.
However resources gained is dependent on the unit. Each unit is set a specific value. There is no relation to its resource/tier/use/ etc.
the communist kills you get only give you up to 100 influence not the standard 200...

ive never seen it mentioned here, ive always noticed it but could never understand it...
what he means is that. If communist is currently at 150 influence and kills.... And that kill causes you to gain influence, you automatically reset back to 100.

This may actually be a good thing. Since tier 2 forge and post are balanced and tier 3 forge is weaker than tier 3 post, this may continue balancing things out.
This makes groditz mirror the phantom. 23 money does halt the upgrade process
