Yes it is, But free speech can result in people thinking they can also do what they want. I mean, I could say anything, which includes offending. Free speech is true, but true freedom is a lie, as you're always a victim of your own actions and the people around you.
In what cases do you believe people shouldn't have the freedom of speech?
Nazi Parades (yes they do exist). Also there should be a limit on how much can be said towards any state leader. Not so much as to where it compromises the voting system. And things that compromise national security.

Freedom of speech doesn't exist. When people let others say what they want, they are given a sense of freedom in what they say. Shortly after, bad things happen. So we restrict them, and then no true freedom of speech exists, only restriction of speech.
But it seems like politicans cant say anthing at all. If they say something wrong, they are forced to resign or give a public apology.

unfortunatly that is true, but isnt it true that in most casses it's exegerated why they get killed or have to apologize? In nearly every case it's the opposition doing any of these thigns to get more counts... Nowadays it's about your own votes and not for the good of the people. People think about themselves only and barely about another. People could just do more things to make life better instead of complaining and stuff.
