I like my music with every type of metal there is. Fucking Metallica is my favorite, after that comes Disturbed and System of a Down, but my friend is dragging me towards Motorhead as well.
What i dont understand is how people enjoy sh*t like Dr. Dre and the Whigger Eminem. Rap promotes drugs, prostituition, disrespect, and all that jazz. It's also horrible music and i cant understand what the hell they mean in their lyrics. At least in metal you dont have to understand the words cuz it's all about the music, not some guy who can't even sing.
I think most rap is sexiest towards women, and and imposes stereotypical views on the black race itself. Not every black person is a gangster that does drugs and disrespects women. Nor are these people anything to be imitated, they aren't cool for abusing women and hurting children. Metal on the other hand is mostly screamo and hard to understand. But some is good, and a lot is about pain and depression and getting through the pain. So it's encouraging.
So I would have to side with Metal. And if you argue it's satanic, I would have a very low percentage is actually based on Satanism.
Rap or metal is like asking fart or piss, Both are just *******izations of the american culture and have successfully since 1979 taken america off as musical inspiration into CASH COW.

Rap promotes degradation and disrespect towards women and also drug use. Metal promotes anger and violence. Plus both of them don't sound any good anyway. Metal sounds like a guy on the receiving end of a colonoscopy and rap sounds like a beat looped over and over again with some guy talking real fast in the background.
