Diablo is quite good for a good hack'n'slash and Fallout 3 is good as you get more advanced stuff like guns, mines, lasers etc. Morrowind is good, as it has more content than Oblivion, but what Oblivion has is more complex (quests, for example), and Oblivion's levelling is good IF you don't mess it up, like if you get to level 10 just by improving non-combat skills, you are fucked as the enemies get stronger and stronger. The TES games are best on the PC though, as you can mod them easily.
