This belongs in the tavern, but...
Probably Thomas Jefferson. Although he founded the Republican party I still like him.

My favorite precedent was the one set by my mother when she made that one good pie. Now all other pies are dissapointing

I'm not to familiar with presidents outside American presidents so I can't compare them. But with American presidents I would go with George Washington. He turned down an easy grab for power something I don't think any other American president would have done if put in the same position.

You spelled &quotresident" wrong XP
But...probably Franklin Roosevelt. He led America through WW2 and the Great Depression very well, and served longer than any president.

My history is shaky, but wasn't he an evil dictator? If not then my history skills suck when it comes to Uganda xD

[stereotypicalcoldwaramerican]He was a socialist! He was horrible![/stereotypicalcoldwaramerican]

Joking.

My favorite was Ronald Reagan. He was a deciding factor in the fall of the Soviet Union, and go us out of a pretty bad recession quite well. He also lowered taxes, another plus.

I know I'm going to get flamed.

Lol Tussla Coil.
A close second would probably be JFK. And war vets liked him because he was a war hero for saving his PT boat.
Reagan...well, the only thing good I will say about him is that when he was a lifeguard, he saved seventy odd people.
