I'm not to familiar with presidents outside American presidents so I can't compare them. But with American presidents I would go with George Washington. He turned down an easy grab for power something I don't think any other American president would have done if put in the same position.

My favorite was Ronald Reagan. He was a deciding factor in the fall of the Soviet Union, and go us out of a pretty bad recession quite well. He also lowered taxes, another plus.
Lol Tussla Coil. A close second would probably be JFK. And war vets liked him because he was a war hero for saving his PT boat. Reagan...well, the only thing good I will say about him is that when he was a lifeguard, he saved seventy odd people.
