It was all being held together by that one pin - and when the 1337th Gozaran Merc division shattered the monarch, the energy was released. This led to the Mercenaries getting out just in time - after they flew away on the airship, all of Udiston collapsed on itself. The sea reclaimed the now-empty area.

Heat Wave: Shock the enemies and temporarily shut down their nervous systems with a shock of intense heat. Renders enemies immobile for a random amount of turns, from 1 to 7. 15-40 MP.
