Because NoName was being lazy, I have to make this again -.-
Even though this involves intelligence.
For forgetful people. Chances are, you don't remember your basic 7th grade math beyond what you use for trigonometry.
So I've come up with this. I give you a set of 10-20 math problems daily, and you guys answer them. These are so simple you probably don't remember them. Some of these may be a little harder, but incorporate the same principles involved.
Also, this is a point system. Those who score above 90 get 5 points. Those who score between 80 and 90 get 4. Then 3. Then 2. Then 1.
A=5 B=4 C=3 D=2 F=1
I will also give you a basic overall score. Once you sign up, you're in. Your 'grade' if you will, will fall if you do nothing.
And yes, this is me playing control freak and teacher, I'll admit it. But this will also see who can do basic stuff will relative ease. And yes, basic stuff is hard if you haven't done it in years.
5. 1/6 * 12/7 = ? (Round to the nearest whole) 0.16 x 3 = .48
6. 12^3 * 7 = ? 1728 x 7 = 12096
dude, I totally blanked out on number 7 xD so I'm making a GUESS. Don't judge me lol
7. 12b + 16 * 10 = 1,600 b = ? 12b + 160 = 1600b subtract 160 on both sides. 12b = 1440b divide 12 on both sides b = 120b No solution. (ya, I forgot my math on this one =[)
1. 528 2. -162 3. -1022 4. 155 5. 2 divided by 7 equals .285, and it would be zero if you rounded it to the nearest whole... 6. 12,166 7. b=120 8. 72 10. g=3
Did you just makes these up off the top of your head? Number 5 makes no sense to me. I do the cross method thingy which turns 1/6*12/7 into 1/1*2/7.
