Really? Perhaps you should be on the ground in Afghanistan, Iraq, Bosnia, or in many African nations where people are sending their children out to fight and kill. Let me ask you this: If you were in a situation with a child trying to kill you, would you let that child kill you or would you defend yourself and your brothers in arms?

To many degrees this is very true. Often times you end up only reinforcing the doctrine espoused by the terrorist organization and lend creedence to their claims.

Then why is Israel not overrun with israili terrorists?

My estimate would be primarily due to the actions of the Israeli military. There is no need for civilians to take up arms in defense of their ideals when they have a well equipped military that is capable and has shown willingness to fight for them. Much the same reason why you do not see american or terrorists blowing up targets in iraq or afghanistan despite attacks against civilians on their own soil.
I only hate the three little things that came out of Israel's general aria that started most wars, prejudice, and unrightful murder...
Judging from my limited knowledge on this subject, I would say they both have there reasons to fight, but really, isn't two thousand years enough time? There are myths of the Palestines fighting the Israels that formed a long time ago...
Israel has "confiscated" Palestine's land for Israel's own. Therefore, I can't see any reason why Israel shouldn't stop the war actively. Frankly, I do want to finish what Hitler didn't finish when I see the news.
To all people that are saying the Israelies stole the Arabics land, what did present day Americans, Latin Americans, Some parts of canada, and pretty much every ethnic group there is do? They used war to gain more land, Humanity has always had a savage nature, which will indefinently lead to its demise.
Lead to our demise? Say what? Perhaps our savage ways may save us but I doubt they could finish us off. Look at all the other creatures who arent exactly nice but have been around for a while. Example shark.
But anyways that land has been fought over since ancient times exchnaging hands as time goes on to whoever was strongest. US was strongest so gave the land to Isreal where it remains.
No Im saying that whoever was strongest usually had control ie:Romans, British, Americans, and now Isreal because it has nukes is too strong to dislodge from its postion.
So it was not right to give land to a people who were being systematicaly hunted down and exterminated. It was the decsion of the allies to give them the land with the US being one of the strongest supporting it.
