i mean believe me i listen to some waked out shit. i listen to death metal all the way to jack johnson. i love musiic and musical talent. more then anything.

Actually, you can. No matter how much you fight it, people will dislike genres based on their general premises, like rap's. Sometimes, someone can have a valid opinion on a song without listening to all of it.
People don't like a lot of the gang involvement with rap. Like the raiders in pro football, they're gang affiliated and are a symbolism of gang bangers. It's just not cool.

You sir, need to quiet down, before you get put down. People don't like things because of their genre or area all the time. It's just like with politics. Most people disagree with things just because of their opposite major party that proposed it. The same can be for rap, rock, classical, techno, bluegrass, anything!
The only difference is that rap is the most controversial of all genres, and you know why. You know exactly what most rappers and people that listen to rap end up behaving like, and what their actions proceed afterward.

Okay, here's a news flash. We know your talking about people hating on genres unfairly, but you brought in what is apparently an unprecedented variable. By mentioning rap, you've opened up another door, and people are coming through it faster than you can close it.
Just ask a mod to lock this. It's been "de-railed" to an irreparable point because you brought in rap. You hated on people, then openly admitted you did, so now you've screwed the pooch (figure of speech.)
