Here is an interesting question, what if America was invaded by land, by another huge army. What I am saying is if both the east and west coast were invaded by millions of foot soldiers that would move across the entire country. Think of this if like a D-Day happened in America. So where would you go? What would you do? Would you fight or hide? Hey you never know if this could happen but America would probably have a nuke war before this happens.
america has 2 natural walls ok the applachin mtns and the rocky mtns k so they may get the coast but we will win because noone knos those mtns like americans so we would win with mattila groups like the french during ww2

I wouldn't fight for my country. You might think I'm a cruel ******* now, but hear me out. When the invasion is over and everything, someone's gotta clean up the mess. I'll clean it up. I don't want to be part of the mess.
For one, I would be partying and be happy because I am against the generality that is America. (Canadian) But on a serious note. It depends on who is invading. If it is an allegiance of third-world countries, the UN would probably step in if America needed. (Extreme downer ) But if it is a coalition of Russia, China, or North Korea (Of all these are the most likely first world countries to declare war, the UN will be cowering behind their chair in their meetings and will be too afraid of the attackers to do anything.
If worst comes to worst, you guys will probably be playing Fallout 3 in real life in about two hundred years. :P
We won our freedom with guerrilla tactics, that was over 200 years ago. We have used said tactics in every war since then.
thats 2 centuries ago afterwards, u had always been invaders not the defenders. basic thing geurilla warfare spins around is the support of local population(absolute support that is, like one have in his hometown)

Which can not be done without the support of local population. If locals are against you, you'll be hamburger in no time.

ETA and IRA used guerrilla warfare, but most of local populations did not support them. (support the idea but not the actions at the begin, and later on stoped supporting the idea aswell.)
