Are there any other Republicans on this site? Just asking, most people on this site seem pretty liberal.

Liberal isn't a political party, is it part of the political spectrum. You're thinking of the Democratic party. Liberal just means you favor change to any current aspect of politics, while conservative means you favor to keep these aspects together and unchanged.

Democratic Moderate ~~

<Radical--------Liberal---ME--Moderate-------Conservative-----Other radical?>

other side of the political spectrum name would be nice :P

Currently I support the democrats, however I change my view based on what the party and the people that represent it believe.

I am a republican but I don't care if gay people what to get married, and if people want to have abortions. Besides that I voted for McCain and I love my guns. I live in Washington and the state always votes democratic : [

Both the Dems and Republicans are identical in terms of economic policies and government structure. It's in their social and foreign policies which they differ most. Even then, they are both horribly right wing by most standards. The fact that health care is a dirty word in the US shows how backwards the state of your politics is.

What views do Republicans typically support?
Just wondering, since I don't know that much about the party itself, just it's "reputation".

Republicans favor big business and the great support of it. Democrats economically support small businesses and the middle class and lower. Since the majority of Democrats are on the Liberal side, it seems to me that a great majority of the ethnic minority favor them for hope of change to help them.
