Topic. I have an extreme hate for OPs, since they tend to try and shift the reader to one side or another. Therefore, I don't right one, unless I am explaining something.
There cant be a war without a peace, and vice versa. There cant be a yes without a no, there cant be anything if it didn't have an opposite. There would be no heaven if there was no hell

According to these definitions they can't exist at the same time, now ig you have some more appropriate(and plausible0 definitions, feel free to post them.
I noticed people tend to be on the idealistic or realistic side of this debate.
Idealists (me included) think of how things could be, i.e. there could be no war, no fighting, cooperation and advancement, and perhaps a step ahead of the red queen :P
Realists think on what is, whats possible right now, what is likely to happen i.e. sometimes you need to take out a badass dictator to create peace, and so war paves the way for peace.
The truth is none of us have a damn clue, so Ill stick to being idealisticly realistic. Its possible to have peace without war, but we realisticly need everyone to think the same thing. Spooge!
