The only games I've got from 2009 are Prototype and Modern Warfare 2, and Modern Warfare 2 has a pretty intense story and is probably the greatest gaming experience I've ever been through, and that's just the story.
The multiplayer is amazing, it's addictive because you want your rank to be higher, you can get endless amounts of titles and emblems and overall, its really fun.
Fallout 3? The game that took Bethesda 4 years to complete and perfect?
Yeah, right, they completed it into a shooter...I don't say it's a bad game, but it doesn't deserve of having the name of Fallout. My game, Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood.
