Starting off, I am just a supplier of information.
I recently heard a conversation, and one person said that the moon landing was a hoax, and he had support. First off, he said that solar flares happen regularly, and have been recorded ever since the 1750's. Our atmosphere protects us fro the intense flares, but outside from that, they are lethal. He said that the astronauts had to be flying with a chunk of lead 5 feet thick ll around to be safe, and then they couldn't take off. So, solar flares have always been recorded. Solar flare born on 5/22/76 and reaches Earth 5/25/76. But during the moon landing, the six days were simply missing, no record whatsoever. Coincidence?
He claimed also that Hubble telescope will allow you to see every corner of the Galaxy. Anywhere. Except where the U.S.A. flag is. They claim "the telescope won't focus". Truth?
I think there were only 6 manned moon landings - these will be the most susceptible to the conspiracy theorist's objections. But you're spot on, valkyrie, why not just fake one or two? But six?
There are only a few beliefs/opinions that make it so that anyone holding those beliefs are considered (by me) to be completely irrational people and not worth talking to. At all. An conspiracy theories about moon landing fall right in the middle of that category. I've tried to have coherent conversations with these people, but I just can't handle it. It's really like talking to a stubborn 9 year old who broke the lamp but is coming up with ridiculous nonsense to explain the lamp's breaking. /rant
Oh, yes, I forgot. I was wondering for a minute there, but it was on Mythbusters. Because Mythbusters is the sum of all human knowledge and truth.
Or, in a nicer way, I don't think that people should cite Mythbusters as an unquestionable source.

I think you know as well as I that writing off an entire group simply because you disagree with their ideas is never a good idea.
I dont know wether this is true but i was having this conversation and someone made the point that we didnt have the tech to create the suits to withstand the radiation.......
Once again i didnt really look it up so correct me if im wrong.
anyone who remembers stuff from 1969 saw the rocket launch, almost all of America watched it at the time, how could you fake something launched on NATIONAL TV
